These Terms govern your use of tradewithyes.in and the YES APEX Expert Advisor (“the Software”), offered by [YOUR FULL NAME], an individual based in Nagri, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, India (“we”, “us”). By registering or paying, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide A time-limited license to use the Software on one MetaTrader 5 account, an installation video, and setup support. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, signals, or any guarantee of returns. We never hold, manage or have access to your trading funds.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade in your country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules on foreign exchange and overseas trading.

3. Account and verification You must give accurate details, including your MT5 account number, and complete the risk declaration (form and video). We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.

4. License

  • One license covers one MT5 account for the plan period (1 or 3 months).
  • The license is personal and non-transferable.
  • When the plan ends without renewal, the Software stops opening new trades.
  • You may not copy, share, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software. Doing so ends your license without refund.

5. Payments Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown on the website. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Plans do not renew automatically unless you choose a recurring option.

6. Risk Trading gold and forex is high risk. You can lose part or all of your deposit. All trading decisions and results are your own responsibility. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

7. No warranty The Software is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or profitable. Results depend on market conditions, broker execution, internet, VPS and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages from using the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

9. Suspension We may suspend or end a license for misuse, sharing, chargebacks, false information, or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes We may update these Terms. Changes apply from the date posted on this page.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
