YES APEX is digital software that is delivered and activated instantly after approval, so refunds are limited to the cases below.

Full refund

• Your application is rejected by us after payment (for example, your MT5 account is not under our partner link, or verification fails).
• You paid twice for the same plan by mistake.
• We cannot activate your license within 7 days of your approved application due to a fault on our side.

No refund

• After your license is activated or the Software is downloaded.
• For trading losses of any kind.
• For unused days if you stop using the Software mid-plan.
• If your license is suspended for sharing, misuse or breach of our Terms.

How to request Write to [EMAIL] or WhatsApp [WHATSAPP NUMBER] within 7 days of payment, with your registered email and payment ID.

Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
